The
Estate Agents registration council is a semi
state organization which is coming under the
Department of the Interior and its aim is to
keep the equitable observation of legislation
as for the law "About the estate agents
law", No. 273 (1) / 2004.
The council is composed
by the President and other six members, as following:
a) The President is nominated by the Minister,
and its person is known for his prestige and
integrity and also as a licensee estate agent.
b) The council's members are:
I. The General Manager of
the Department of the Interior or a representative
of his
II. The Manager of the Town-Planning and Habitation
department or a representative of his
III. The Manager of the land and surveys department
or a representative of his
IV. Three registered and licensed estate agents,
which are elected from the registered and licensed
estate agents convention, which is elected from
the council at least 45 days before its service
expiration and the elective members leaving.
The President's and the
three elective council member's time is triennial.

of the council:
The appropriatenesses and
authorities of the council are:
a) To hold the estate
agents registration and to publish the relevant
papers or licenses according the present law
arrangement
b) To keep the estate agents record and to delete
from it registered estate agents, keeping the
present law arrangement
c) To preside the registered estate agents and
to impose the determined from the present law
disciplinary sentences
d) To preside every other appropriateness and
authority in which is conducive or coalescent
to the accomplishment principality.
